Below are 2 documents for people that have purchased kittens to download if they do not already have them. The adoption application form below is to be downloaded and filled out then returned to us if you wish to apply to purchase/adopt one of our kittens.

Contract for kitten purchase This is copy of our kitten purchase contract in Microsoft Word file to download and fill out prior to picking up your kitten.
Document to help you prepare to pick up your new kitten- MUST READ! This is a 2 page document on preparing for the arrival of your new Larchhaven Ragdoll kitten and once you get him/her home. Please download and read PRIOR to picking up your kitten you so are more prepared and set the kitten up for success!
Adoption form application for a kitten Please download and fill this out and return via e-mail, Fax or "snail mail" or bring with you if you are interested in adopting one of our kittens.
